Meet Domingo
Hi, I’m Domingo — the baker behind Kingdom Bread Company.
What started as a love for making sourdough at home grew into a small micro bakery centered around something simple: making really good bread, in small batches, for the people around us.
I’m a husband, dad, physician, and home baker who has always appreciated the process behind making something well. Sourdough quickly became more than just a hobby for me. There’s something special about slowing down, working with your hands, and turning a few simple ingredients into a loaf that can be shared around a table.
At Kingdom Bread Company, everything is intentionally kept small. I bake artisan sourdough in limited batches, experiment with seasonal and specialty loaves, and pair our bread with carefully selected small-batch coffee and a growing collection of Kingdom-inspired goods.
You won’t find mass-produced bread here. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, scored, and baked by hand.
Kingdom Bread Company is about good bread, good coffee, community, and keeping the things that matter most at the center of it all.
Thanks for being here — and welcome to the Kingdom.
Meet Spyridon
Every loaf at Kingdom Bread Company starts with Spyridon, our sourdough starter. We named him after St. Spyridon, a saint known for humility, faith, and service. It’s a small reminder that even something as simple as bread can carry a story, tradition, and purpose.
